We recently showed you a screenshot of an unknown device and we told you that it’s the prototype version of the next Nexus device. As Andy Rubin also confirmed that there will be a new Nexus device in future. We already know that it will be the first one to future Android 4.0 a.k.a Ice Cream Sandwich, but what else is under the hood. It looks like the next Nexus device, which will be known as Nexus 4G will feature some serious and mind blowing specs, that’s what BGR is reporting. BGR is reporting that it will feature the next-generation dual-core 1.2 GHz or 1.5 GHz processor and it might be OMAP 4460 which is an ultra-low power Krait-based Snapdragon processor. It will feature a 720p HD screen and the display size is big, may be around 4.3 or 4.5-Inch and just like we saw in the prototype version, there will be no physical buttons under the screen anymore. The phone will feature 4G LTE Radio; 1GB of RAM and it will feature a 1 MP front-facing camera.
